implicity

For device clinic teams

The work that matters, with less of the work that doesn’t.

Nurses, device technicians and allied health professionals carry remote monitoring. Implicity cuts down on the portal-hopping, false-positive alerts, re-typing and phone tag, so your team can spend more of its day on patient care.

From alert fatigue to focused care

Fewer clicks. Fewer calls.
More of the job you chose.

01 · Your daily routine

One worklist. Every brand.

5 manufacturers. 1 login.

Pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices and ICMs from Medtronic, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Biotronik and MicroPort, in one alert-based worklist.

Explore the platform
Start where the work is.Your morning opens on your prioritized alerts, not on a list of manufacturer websites to check one by one.
Same layout, whoever made the device. No relearning each manufacturer’s labels, units and report formats, and no wondering which portal you forgot.
Nothing lives on a sticky note.Patient dashboards let you schedule follow-ups and document care actions where the whole team can see them.

02 · Productivity

Validate. Don’t transcribe.

~30 /hr

billable reports per hour at one Oklahoma practice on Implicity, vs. 10–12 with traditional remote monitoring.1

See the Dynamic Billing Engine
Reports that fill themselves.Transmissions are broken into discrete data, so report fields arrive filled in. Your job is to check and sign, not to copy numbers out of a PDF.
In-clinic checks that just arrive.InLink sends programmer sessions straight to the patient record. No USB drives, no scanning, no re-typing.7
Finished work doesn’t sit unbilled. Each patient’s monitoring period is tracked for you, so the work your team has done is ready to bill when the period closes.

03 · Focused prioritization

Less noise to adjudicate.

300+ hrs

saved per year for a 200-patient clinic, about eight weeks of work, modeled on a 37.6% alert reclassification rate.2

See the ILR ECG Analyzer†
A second read on every ICM episode. The FDA-cleared ILR ECG Analyzer†3 has shown up to 76% fewer false-positive ICM episodes on top of manufacturer filtering.4
AF alerts that take the patient’s record into account.Repeat AF burden alerts for patients with anticoagulant therapy recorded in their file go to the patient timeline instead of your review list, where they remain available for review.6
Escalate with confidence. When you send something to the electrophysiologist, it’s because it deserves a physician, not because there was no time to rule it out.

04 · Patient connectivity

Stop chasing silent devices.

28%

of disconnected patients reconnected within 48 hours of an automated SMS.5

See Patient Connectivity
Know who’s gone quiet.A patient who stops transmitting is flagged automatically, not discovered at the next scheduled check.
The patient tells you why.A vacation, a hospital stay, an unplugged transmitter: the answer comes back by text, and the alert pauses or routes itself.
Calls that count.Phone time goes to the patients who didn’t reply or need a hand, instead of a list of voicemails.

Illustrative example. Not real patient data.

You chose this work to look after patients, not to log into five portals, re-type PDFs or chase silent devices. Implicity carries the busywork, so your skill goes to the patients who need it.

Inside the platform

Four everyday jobs, mostly done before you start.

What lands on your desk, what Implicity has already handled, and the part that still needs you.

  • Suggestions, not verdicts. Algorithm results are advisory and sit next to the source data.
  • Nothing quietly disappears. Alerts set aside stay on the patient’s timeline.
  • Your protocols, faster. Escalation paths stay yours; there are just fewer steps to get there.

Centralized monitoring

Patient volumes keep growing. Your workload doesn’t have to.

One platform standardizes data across manufacturers, automates the routine tasks and filters the alerts, so the team you have today can follow more patients without burning out.

The user-friendliness, efficiency, enhanced workflow, and customer service have all made a positive impact.

FAQ

Questions device clinic teams ask us most.

Does Implicity change our clinic’s protocols?

No. Your protocols and escalation paths stay yours. Implicity works on top of the device manufacturers’ own processing and puts every transmission in one layout, so your team can follow them faster.

What happens to alerts the algorithms set aside?

Nothing disappears. Algorithm results are advisory: ILR ECG Analyzer†3 suggestions are yours to accept or change, and AF burden alerts moved off the review list stay on the patient’s timeline, where they can be opened at any time.6

Will we still need to call disconnected patients?

For patients who don’t respond or reconnect, yes. In a published study, 28% of disconnected patients reconnected within 48 hours of the automated SMS,5 so your team’s calls can go to the patients who still need them.

Does it work with in-clinic interrogations?

Yes. InLink sends in-clinic data (PDF files and raw data) from the programmer straight to the patient record, from all manufacturers, with some limitations depending on device models.7 Request a demo to confirm compatibility with your programmers and device mix.

Does Implicity help with billing?

The Dynamic Billing Engine tracks each patient’s monitoring period so completed work is ready to bill. Implicity does not provide coding, billing or legal advice, and providers remain responsible for the accuracy of the claims they submit.

How long does it take to get the team up and running?

Request a demo and we’ll walk you through the timing for your program.

It operates as a second-layer analysis of residual alerts remaining after manufacturer filtering. The next-generation algorithm received FDA 510(k) clearance in July 2026 and is now commercially available to U.S. customers. Not for use in life-supporting or sustaining systems or ECG monitor and alarm devices. Results are advisory only, in conjunction with physician knowledge and other diagnostic information.
