implicity

For administrators & leaders

A remote monitoring program you can run like a business.

Practice administrators, billing leads, IT and service-line leaders answer for what remote monitoring earns, costs and risks. Implicity helps ensure the work your teams already do gets counted, runs the same way at every site, and is backed by robust security measures as the program grows.

From cost center to managed program

Remote monitoring is a program.
Run it like one.

01 · Revenue integrity

Bill for the work you already do.

90%

billing compliance reached by some clients, based on data from a cardiology practice in Oklahoma City.1

See the Dynamic Billing Engine
Every period, accounted for. Each patient’s monitoring period is tracked by device type, so a completed period doesn’t close without anyone noticing.
Transmissions land inside the window.Patients who haven’t sent data yet are flagged before the period runs out, not after it’s lost.
The paperwork comes with the work.Bill-ready reports are generated with the clinical and patient data, so documentation is in place before anyone asks for it.

02 · Capacity

Grow the program, not the headcount.

1 FTE

of work saved per year for a 1,000-patient clinic, modeled on a 37.6% alert reclassification rate.3

See it from your clinic team’s side
More output per hour. One Oklahoma practice reports ~30 billable reports per hour on Implicity, vs. 10–12 with traditional remote monitoring.2
Less time lost to silent devices.28% of disconnected patients reconnected within 48 hours of an automated SMS, before anyone picked up the phone.4
Your best people on your hardest cases. When the busywork is automated, experienced staff spend their time where their judgment counts, which is also where retention is won.

03 · Standardization

One standard at every site.

5 manufacturers. 1 workflow.

Every location follows patients with the same worklist, report layout and billing tracking, whatever devices its patients carry.

Explore the platform
Quality that doesn’t depend on who’s on shift. One process across teams and locations means the same standard of follow-up for every patient, and fewer things that only one person knows how to do.
New sites join the same playbook. An acquired practice or a new clinic plugs into the workflow you already run, instead of bringing its own portals and spreadsheets.
See how the program is performing.Clear, ongoing reporting on volume, connectivity and billing status, so decisions start from data, not from anecdotes.

04 · Security & IT

Secure by design. Simple to deploy.

One vendor. Not five portals.

ISO 27001 · ISO 13485 · HIPAA compliant · SOC 2 ready.

Less to manage, less to secure. One vendor-agnostic SaaS platform takes the place of separate manufacturer websites, so there’s one system to review, provision and support.
Fits the systems you already run.Implicity integrates with your existing systems, including major EHRs, so data flows into the tools your teams already use.
Regulated where it matters.Clinical algorithms such as the ILR ECG Analyzer†5 are FDA-cleared, built under an ISO 13485 quality system.

Rollout to return

Every site. One view of the program.

What used to live in portals, spreadsheets and paper logs ends up in one place, from the day a site connects to the monthly review.

Illustrative example. Not real program data.

Your teams are already doing the work. Too often it goes unbilled, it runs differently at every site, and it only grows by hiring. Implicity turns remote monitoring into one predictable, standardized, secure program.

Inside the platform

Four moments that test a program, handled before they reach your desk.

What comes up, what Implicity has already taken care of, and the decision that’s still yours.

  • Your protocols stay yours. Implicity standardizes the workflow, not your clinical decisions.
  • Claims stay in your hands. Implicity doesn’t provide coding or billing advice; providers remain responsible for what they submit.
  • Nothing hidden. Algorithm results are advisory and sit next to the source data.

One platform, one vendor

Built to scale. Built for IT security review.

One vendor-agnostic SaaS platform replaces a patchwork of manufacturer portals, spreadsheets and paper logs. That’s one system for IT to secure, one workflow to train and one view of the whole program.

FAQ

Questions administrators and leaders ask us most.

Where does the lost revenue in remote monitoring come from?

Usually not from work that wasn’t done, but from work that wasn’t counted: a monitoring period that closed without a transmission, a report that never reached billing, or a site that tracks periods on its own spreadsheet. Implicity tracks every patient’s monitoring period so completed work is ready to bill.

Does Implicity provide coding or billing advice?

No. Implicity tracks monitoring periods and generates bill-ready reports, but it does not provide coding, billing or legal advice. Providers remain responsible for the accuracy of the claims they submit.

Can we run one workflow across several locations?

Yes. Every site works in the same platform, with the same worklist, report layout and billing-period tracking, whichever device manufacturers its patients use.

How is patient data protected?

Implicity is built with security at its core: ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 certified, HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 ready. Visit the Implicity Trust Center for documentation your security team can review.

Does Implicity connect to our EHR?

Implicity integrates with your existing systems, including major EHRs. Request a demo and we’ll walk you through the options for your setup.

How long does implementation take?

Request a demo and we’ll walk you through the timing for your program.

It operates as a second-layer analysis of residual alerts remaining after manufacturer filtering. The next-generation algorithm received FDA 510(k) clearance in July 2026 and is now commercially available to U.S. customers. Not for use in life-supporting or sustaining systems or ECG monitor and alarm devices. Results are advisory only, in conjunction with physician knowledge and other diagnostic information.
